  • "Michael was outstanding!. He was able to fit me in to his busy schedule and showed up when he said he would. The gate is working again (better than ever). I had recently moved in and the previous owner had only left me with a remote control and no keys or instructions on operation. I was amazed that Michael carried keys for the control box and gate arm which he provided to me as part of his service as well as a copy of the instruction manual. I was worried that I was going to have to get a locksmith to open the box....he was a life saver. He provided a tutorial on how to set up codes on the keypad and now I have new codes and feel very comfortable with the Lift Master Gate. Finally, he told me about MyQ controllers and now I am setting that up so I can use my IPhone to control the gate. Michael was very professional, yet pleasant and knew exactly what he was doing. If you have a gate controller that needs to be looked at, you can't go wrong with Michael!"
